This Webinar is a follow up to the “Patient Privacy and Confidentiality in the Changing Health Care Environment: HIPAA, 42CFR Part 2 and Health Care Reform” Webinar presented in February 2013. The Webinar includes a 1-hour presentation focusing on questions generated by SAMHSA’s SBIRT grantees on five topics:

The Webinar will be followed by a question-and-answer period.

Legal Action Center

The Legal Action Center is the only nonprofit law and policy organization in the United States addressing the needs of persons with substance use disorders.
